RETURN POLICY
At Amazing Cat Trees, our greatest goal is to serve our customers
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better.
Returns for Cat Trees:
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date. To receive the refund, items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition (no hair, stains, or odors). We will refund you the total purchase price, excluding any original delivery charges. Returns may incur a 15% handling/restocking fee. Custom built units are not returnable.
Returns for Cat Beds/Bedding, Carriers, and Toys:
All merchandise must be returned unused within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
All items must be in the original packaging including any warranty cards, instruction books, etc.
If your invoice contains a return information section on the back, please fill it out completely, to insure that your return can be fully processed correctly.
A $5.00 or 15% re-stocking fee ( whichever is greater) will be applied.
all Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage)
For your assurance that returned merchandise is received by Amazing Cat Trees safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Our return center is not able to process exchanges. If you have found another item on our website that you would prefer over the item you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item (in the conditions stated above) for a refund.
*Most non-defective items cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken, it has been chewed on, worn or otherwise used. These items are generally considered as used goods and cannot be resold as new items.
Should you need further instructions on a return, please notify us within 10 days.
Damages & Shortages:
If damage occurs, please have the box and merchandise inspected by the delivering carrier and please notify Amazing Cat Trees immediately. (SAVE the container with the merchandise). Any shortages & damages must be reported within 48 hours.
Clothing Returns/Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are easy. Please use the downloadable PDF Return Form found in the customer service section, fill it out and return it with your shirt.
You may return your shirt within 90 days of the order date or exchanges are taken at any time. For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt, not the shipping costs the company paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once they have been issued. There may also be a $3 resizing fee if you are going from the S-XL size range, up to a 2X or 3X. The resizing fee only applies if you move between those two size groups. Once your exchange is received in the mail, the replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
If you feel there was a mistake with the specific colors of ink or the shirt, the digital images that are displayed have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Otherwise, we do apologize. If your receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, please email sales@sunfrogshirts.com, and someone will work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send a picture of the error so your claim can be verified. There is no need to send it back , please keep it and make whatever use you can out of it, even if it is just as a donation to your local clothing charity.
